With over 70,000 thoughts racing through your mind each day it can be hard to slow down and focus. Staff from the Family Resource Center will be here to share some simple tips to help clear your mind so you can truly be thankful and grateful. Each teen will make their own glitter jar to take home with them. To ensure we have enough space and materials, registration is required. This program is for students in grades 6-12.
