Join Katy Mercer for Slow Flow Yoga & Sound. A relaxing end to your day, this slow flow class will focus on gentle movement, with an emphasis on breath, quiet reflection, spiritual rejuvenation, and extended relaxation. We will seal our time together with a healing crystal sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.

Do you need volunteer hours for school? Are you looking for a way to help out your community? Would you like to meet other teens in the areas? Students in grades 7-12 are invited to come to the library for an hour of volunteering fun! Potential projects may include: prepping craft kits (cutting, sorting, assembling, etc.), cleaning books and shelves, organizing materials, and completing other projects for the library. No registration is necessary and you are welcome to drop in for part of the time if you cant stay the full hour!
