Where Are My Holds?

LIBRARIAN HANDING BOOKS TO A PATRON

Findlay-Hancock County Public Library patrons are unfortunately experiencing longer than normal wait times for items that have been placed on hold. We apologize for the inconvenience and know you are anxiously awaiting your items.

The State Library of Ohio, which is responsible for the distribution of our materials, recently contracted with a new delivery vendor. The new delivery service supplier, STAT Courier Service, Inc., is experiencing a backlog of delivery items to libraries. We have spoken with the State Library of Ohio regarding the matter and the inconvenience to our patrons. Please know that the State Library of Ohio and STAT Courier Service are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
