Find out how to make healthy snacks on September 18th from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Serving healthy snacks is important to providing good nutrition, and supporting lifelong healthy eating habits.  Karen McDougall, OSU Extension, will show participants how to prepare healthy, nutritious snacks that can improve your mood, boost your energy, and satisfy cravings.   Registration is required.
