Karen McDougall from the OSU Extension Office will be presenting a program entitled, Go for the Green. Green fruits and vegetables contain many health promoting phytochemicals. They help protect against certain cancers and help maintain vision health and strong bones and teeth. Karen will share with us recipes and ideas that will help particpants Go for the Green.
