Cooking pumpkin. Fall has arrived and it's time to get pumpkins! Pumpkins are one of the widely grown vegetables that are incredibly rich in vital anti-oxidants and vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E. Pumpkin can be used in a variety of delicious recipes including: pies, pancakes, custards, soufflés, stuffing, and soups. Roasted pumpkin seeds can also be eaten as snacks. Come and learn new pumpkin recipes.
