Attend a self-defense class on Thursday, July 31 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lindamood Room. Nancy Proctor, a fourth-degree black belt in karate and a self-defense consultant will teach participants how to determine their vulnerability. Learn how to be ready with a self-defense plan, and what the most utilized ploys and cons that are used by attackers. The program is open to adults and teens with registration required.
