Youth Advisory Board Holiday Party

Do you love solving puzzles and cracking secret codes? Our at-home escape room kit contains puzzles and props to create a fun escape room in your own home. Kits can be picked up starting December 17th and are available in the Children's Department at the Main Library, at the Arlington branch, and on the Bookmobile until January 2nd.

Play bingo and win book prizes! Book prizes for PreK-Grade 6 are available.

Register here for bingo on Zoom. (There is also a Family Book Bingo (in person) listed on the calendar. Please click on that option if you wish to play in person at the library.)

After you have registered, a staff member will send you an email that includes a link to join the Zoom meeting, the link to a digital bingo card, and the list of prize books. Prizes can be picked up at the library or through curbside starting Tuesday, December 7.

Do you love to draw? Join us for drawing tutorials and hang out with other young artists. Recommended for grades 2 and up. Space is limited and registration is required. Children will be seated together by household, and you only need to register once per household. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

Get your holiday party started with this free packet full of fun for the entire family! Activities include Holiday Minute to Win It games-play to win or just for fun, a 2021 time Capsule, and suggestions for crafts and activities for your holiday parties. Supplies included for two of the crafts. These free kits will be available from Friday, December 17 until January 7 in the Children's Department at the Main Library, the Arlington Branch, or at a Bookmobile stop. If you don't wish to come into the library, you can pick one up curbside!
