Do you love books and ballet? Join us for fun ballet stories, then learn to dance with students from the Findlay Academy of Ballet. Participants will also receive a take-home craft to make after the program.

Ages 4-8 with an adult caregiver. Please register all children. (Adult caregivers do not need to register.)

Tween Volunteers

Bring a teddy bear (or another favorite toy) to the library. Pediatrician Dr. Ailing Chen and her staff will give your toy a checkup and demonstrate what to expect at a doctors visit. While you wait, they'll be books, coloring, and other activities to do.

Children 8 and under should be accompanied by an adult.

Registration required. You only need to register once per family.

Join us for a special, winter-themed session of Reading with Gibbs! Gibbs is a licensed therapy dog and children are invited to drop-in for a cozy winter afternoon to practice their reading skills with him.

Do you love to draw? Join us for drawing tutorials and hang out with other young artists. This month, we will be drawing pets.

Recommended for grades 2 and up. Space is limited and registration is required. Children will be seated together by household, and you only need to register once per household. We recommend children 8 and under be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
